 We're back at Risa for a 7th year! Risa is themed after a resort planet from Star Trek, renowned for its breezes and easy-going, unihibited sexuality. Thursday is our potluck dinner party! Entertainment includes great music, night club atmosphere, drinks, dancing, and guest appearances from various fire performers. This camp is drum circle friendly. Risa is also the home of The Dancing Peahen and Peacock Shuttle.
Location and Invitation
Risa is at Burning Man 2007, Black Rock City. We'll be open August 27th thru September 3th. Come as early as you can and stay as long as you want. Our address is TBD. We are a registered theme camp.

Start every evening with a communal potluck dinner. Stop by and grab a ride on the shuttle or other mutant art vehicles into Center Camp and beyond. Party bar side or you can come simply to moisten in the solar shower setup. It boasts 200 gallons of water, solar bags and a 5x5 curtain enclosure, hot and refreshing.
This year promises to be very eventful, we are going to be part of Terminal City! We're erecting a 20' Holo dome for everyone's comfort and enjoyment. The main idea behind Risa is for friends and friends of friends to community camp. Risa will play center stage for about 30 people camping on site. Every camper will benefit from shared utilities.
The center shade structures are for all of our Campers and Potluckers. You are encouraged to incorporate your theme ideas and equipment to benefit our common area. It takes on a life of its own. Risa is what we make of it. City dwellers are welcome to experience and enjoy. Those wandering by will certainly find the atmosphere relaxing and fun.
